These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Underrated Coder platform (the "Service"), operated by Underrated Coder ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, which includes coding education, mentorship, placement services, and student accommodation solutions, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

3. User Obligations
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Sharing copyrighted materials without authorization
- Engaging in any fraudulent activities
- Disrupting the learning experience of others
- Violating any applicable laws in India
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of taxes
- Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateways
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Refund Policy

- Live classes: Non-Refundable after purchase
- Mentorship sessions: Non-refundable after scheduling
- Placement services: Partial refunds based on progress
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including Live Class, materials, and resources provided through our Service, are the exclusive property of Underrated Coder or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Underrated Coder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
