Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy explains the rules that apply to cancellations, refunds, and exception requests for courses, mentorship programs, and related services offered by Underrated Coder.

Scope
This policy applies to all payments made to Underrated Coder, including online courses, mentorship sessions, and any related educational services or digital access products.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this policy.
General Refund Rule
Unless stated otherwise in writing, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed successfully.
- Course fees are non-refundable after purchase.
- Mentorship fees are non-refundable after scheduling or activation.
- Fees for digital access, recorded material, or downloadable resources are non-refundable after access is granted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders, enrollments, and session bookings cannot generally be canceled after payment confirmation.
- Requests to transfer to another batch, session, or course are subject to our discretion and availability.
- Partial attendance, non-attendance, or change of mind does not create a right to cancel.
- Technical issues caused by the user's device, browser, network, or internet connection are not grounds for cancellation.
Exception Requests
We may consider exception requests only in limited circumstances and only after review of supporting documentation.
- Duplicate payments made in error.
- Course cancellation initiated by Underrated Coder.
- Documented medical emergencies or other exceptional cases supported by valid evidence.
Submission Requirement
No Right to Refund After Access
Where access to the service, course content, or mentorship has already been delivered, opened, or activated, no refund shall be due unless required by applicable law or expressly approved in writing by Underrated Coder.
Policy Administration
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase will govern your transaction unless a later written agreement states otherwise.
