At Underrated Coder, we strive to provide exceptional educational services through our Live Classes, mentorship programs, and career services. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for all our offerings.

Policy Terms

No Refund Policy

All payments made for Underrated Coder services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • •Live Coding Classes
  • •1:1 mentorship sessions

Important: We encourage all students to carefully review course details, syllabus, and sample materials before enrolling in any program.

No Cancellation Policy

Once payment is processed, enrollments cannot be canceled. This policy applies to:

  • •Batch transfers after enrollment
  • •Change of mind after payment
  • •Partial attendance or non-completion
  • •Technical issues on user's device/network

Learning Guarantee

While we don't offer monetary refunds, we provide these alternatives for unsatisfied students:

Free re-enrollment

Join the next available batch at no extra cost (must request within 7 days of course completion)

Additional support

Extra 1:1 sessions with mentors to address concerns

Resource access

Extended access to course materials beyond program duration

* Subject to availability and program terms. Does not apply to placement guarantee programs.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider refund requests for:

  • •Duplicate payments processed in error
  • •Course cancellation by Underrated Coder (full refund)
  • •Documented medical emergencies (requires valid proof)

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to support@underratedcoder.com within 3 days of payment and are reviewed case-by-case.
